Job Summary

Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of overall integration experience with strong hands‑on focus on webMethods.io (iPaaS).
Proven experience in cloud, SaaS, and API‑led integrations.
Working knowledge of IBM webMethods on Prem stack (IS, UM, Trading Networks).
Experience with API Gateway, REST/SOAP, messaging, and integration patterns.
Experience leading teams in onsite‑offshore delivery models.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience with integration modernization, cloud migration, or hybrid integration programs.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Prior involvement in Integration CoE or governance initiatives
