Job Summary
Sr. Consultant - Atlassian JIRA, JSM
• Enterprise-level expertise in Atlassian Jira, JIra Service Management and Confluence (primarily Cloud), including configuration of workflows, issue types, custom fields, and best practice governance.
• Analyze and implement end-user requests for Jira/JSM/Confluence configurations, enhancements, and operational support.
• Hands-on experience with ScriptRunner and strong scripting skills in Groovy/JavaScript for automation and efficiency improvements is must
• Experience with Jira/Confluence in Data Center environments and migration exposure (DC to DC / DC to Cloud).
• Manage and support plugins and integrations with enterprise tools (GitHub, ServiceNow, IBM ELM tools).
• Understanding of Jira/JSM/Confluence Cloud architecture and integration ecosystem (APIs, authentication, data flow).
• Support Agile/SAFe delivery model including sprint execution, backlog refinement, and story-based delivery.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 support including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
Skillset/Toolset :

• Jira Migration tools & data handling (import/export, validation)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, logging)
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, EFS, etc.) and cloud environments

• Ability to manage multiple streams (support, enhancements, migrations) concurrently. Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving capability
