Primary Tech skill

 

  • MLOps,  DevOps , CICD, Jenkins etc.
  • Azure Cloud services
  • Azure Databricks
  • Machine learning fundamentals
  • Agentic AI - use of agentic tools like co pilot, claude code etc.

 

Important Soft skill or experience - this is something I am seeing a gap mostly

 

  • Have worked in a sustenance, operations, L1, L2 support experience
  • Ownership, self sufficient, resourceful, completes tasks with limited guidance.

 

The experience also has to be in established companies, previously I would have said ok to many candidates who had worked in smaller setup.

But then some are not able to perform well in bigger enterprises with multiple cross functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
