Job Summary

SAP ABAP Development (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements) Must to have
Vistex Implementation & Configuration experience Must to have
8+ Years of SAP ABAP Hands-on Experience Must to have
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (SD/MM integration) Must to have
Experience with User Exits, BADI, Enhancements Must to have
Debugging & Performance Optimization in ABAP Must to have
Experience with Vistex Incentives / Rebate Management Must to have
SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC) knowledge Must to have
Interfaces: IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs Must to have
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Must to have
Communication & stakeholder management Must to have
Experience in S/4HANA ABAP Nice to have
Knowledge of SAP Fiori / UI5 Nice to have
Experience with CDS Views / OData Nice to have
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models Nice to have
Prior experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycle Nice to have
Leadership or mentoring junior developers Nice to have

 

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
