Job Summary

Resource would be involved to add incremental features to, triage issues for and fix bugs for existing applications, services and tools as well as act as first level of escalation from a support perspective

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Developing features to and fixing bugs for existing applications and tools
  • Handling support tickets for existing applications and tools
  • Triaging and investigating reported issues for existing applications and data
  • Documenting and escalating triaged issues for development team

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency developing web applications utilizing frameworks such as React and Grails
  • Experience with RESTful web services and modern web architectures
  • Proficiency with relational and document-based databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort with Agile / sprint-based development process
  • Interest in learning about the hardware engineering domain

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
