Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central (Time & Leave).
The Senior SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central (Time & Leave) is responsible for the end‑to‑end functional design, implementation, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions with a strong focus on Time Off, Time Tracking, and absence management across multiple locations and regulatory environments.
The role combines deep SuccessFactors EC expertise, strong HR operations knowledge, and consulting‑grade problem‑solving capability to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑centric time and attendance solutions that integrate seamlessly with payroll, workforce planning, and HR service delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the functional solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central with emphasis on:
Time Off (absence types, accruals, entitlements)
Time Tracking (recording methods, day models, time valuation)
Work schedules, holidays, and calendars
Design scalable frameworks that support multi‑location and multi‑country deployment, balancing local regulatory requirements with a global template.
Translate HR policy, awards, agreements, and operational requirements into clear EC configuration and design artefacts.
Skill Requirements
SAP SuccessFactors and/or Core HR implementations.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and time valuation (mandatory)
Proven delivery of multiple Employee Central implementations, with strong focus on Time Off and Time Tracking.
Experience delivering solutions across multiple locations and complex organisational structures.
End‑to‑end lifecycle experience: design → build → test → cutover → hypercare.
