Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
The Senior SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central Payroll is responsible for the end‑to‑end functional design, implementation, and operational enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions across multiple geographies and payrolls.
The role combines deep payroll domain expertise, strong SuccessFactors EC/ECP functional capability, and consulting‑grade problem‑solving to deliver compliant, scalable, and supportable payroll solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution design for Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring alignment across Employee Central, Payroll Control Center (PCC), Compensation, Finance integrations, and downstream reporting.
- Design and validate end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire and pay‑to‑report processes, including:
- Master data replication (EC → ECP)
- Pay structures and wage types
- Retroactivity, off‑cycle payroll, and corrections
- Payroll periods, calendars, and control frameworks
- Translate complex statutory and country‑specific payroll requirements into ECP configuration and design patterns.
Skill Requirements
- SAP payroll and/or SuccessFactors, including deep hands‑on ECP experience.
- Proven track record delivering multiple end‑to‑end ECP implementations, preferably at enterprise scale.
- Strong experience with multi‑location / multi‑country payroll deployments (Australia, India, Philippines, New Zealand).
- Demonstrated capability across solution design, build, testing, cutover, and support phases.
