OpenText Exstream Support Analyst
Experience: 2–5 Years Summary: We are seeking a OpenText Exstream and OnDemand support analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day production support, troubleshooting and mainteance of CCM application.
Key Responsibilities
1.Provide L2/L3 support for OpenText Exstream application in production and non-production environment also defect fixes.
• Perform impact analysis, identify root causes, and provide permanent fixes.
• Monitor batch and real time document generation jobs, ensure timely delivery.
• Perform daily health checks on application, database and jobs.
• Coordinate with development and business team for code/configuration related issue resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document genenration failure, Data mapping and transformation, Template/Layout issue, job scheduling and performance issue.
• Configure, and enhance OnDemand applications based on business requirements.
• Perform data mapping, validation, transformation, and troubleshooting in OnDemand applications
• Integrate On‑Demand applications with external systems using APIs/Web Services.
• Manage deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Provide support during production releases and scheduled mainteance windows.
• Miaintain system documentation and knowledge base articles. Ensure compliance with SLA's and Quality standar
