Looking for an expert ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center with 7-10 yrs experience in SeviceNow HRSD development area.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center.
- Build HR workflows using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Integration & Data Management
- Integrate ServiceNow with HR and enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Use Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server integrations.
User Experience & Portal Development
- Customize Employee Center/Service Portal, including widgets, pages, and layouts.
- Enable self-service through knowledge management and Virtual Agent, where applicable.
Skill Requirements
Technical Skills
- 7–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 5-7 years of ServiceNow HRSD Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRSD modules, JavaScript, and Glide APIs.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/UI Builder.
HR Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of Hire-to-Retire, case management, and HR operations.
- Experience partnering with HR stakeholders and business teams.
