In this role, you will leverage strong SQL expertise to manage our underlying sales data infrastructure and execute complex analytical projects that directly inform our broader sales strategy. Alongside this technical work, you will own our account routing process—actively managing, optimizing, and executing routine updates to our sales representatives' books of business to keep our sales engine running at peak efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesData Infrastructure & Advanced AnalyticsUtilize advanced SQL to manage, query, and optimize our underlying sales data infrastructure.Scope, design, and execute complex analytical projects to uncover market trends, track revenue performance, and inform executive sales strategy.Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across databases to maintain a single source of truth for the revenue organization.Build and maintain scalable dashboards or data pipelines that provide actionable insights to sales leadership.Account Routing & Book of Business ManagementOwn the end-to-end account routing process, ensuring prospective leads and accounts are assigned accurately and efficiently.Actively manage and execute routine updates to sales representatives' books of business, territory assignments, and account logic.Collaborate with sales leadership to design, implement, and adjust equitable territory structures.Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day data and routing conflicts within the CRM to eliminate friction for the sales team.Qualifications & SkillsTechnical RequirementsAdvanced SQL Mastery: Proven experience writing complex queries, window functions, and managing relational databases or data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).CRM Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with a focus on routing automation and lead assignment rules.Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, modeling, and quick analysis.BI & Data Visualization: Experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to present complex data sets in a clean, digestible format.Professional SkillsOperational Discipline: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-stakes routing updates without disrupting the sales cycle.Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond raw numbers to understand how data infrastructure impacts real-world sales performance.Communication: Excellent communication skills to align with cross-functional sales leaders and explain data-driven decisions clearly.
