Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

This role provides specialist expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time & Leave to optimise HR processes, support ongoing configuration, lead enhancements, and deliver best‑practice solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, testing and deployment of EC and Time & Leave features. 
- Design and maintain Foundation Objects, data models, business rules, workflows. 
- Configure Time Off, Time Types, Work Schedules, Time Accounts and accrual rules. 
- Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors best practices and release changes. 
- Resolve complex incidents and defects. 
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and training. 

Skill Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC configuration. 
- Strong expertise in EC Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, MDF

- ObjectsTime Tracking module / experience
- Experience with Time Off and Time Sheet configuration. 
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability. 
- Excellent stakeholder management.
