Job Summary
- The Technical Architect is accountable for designing and implementing Camunda workflows, integrating systems, and ensuring end‑to‑end technical quality.
- 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Translate process requirements into BPMN/DMN models.
- Design workflow components, service tasks, user tasks, and integration points.
- Develop and deploy Camunda-based microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
- Optimize workflow performance, reliability, and error-handling strategies.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
- Ensure documentation, code reviews, and compliance with standards.
- Hands‑on in Camunda BPM, BPMN/DMN modelling.
- Strong Java/Spring Boot development experience.
- Familiar with REST/SOAP integrations, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
Skill Requirements
10 years Camunda + Java experience, JavaScript preferable
