Job Summary
The Data Migration Lead is accountable for the end‑to‑end data migration strategy and execution into SuccessFactors, ensuring data quality, integrity, and readiness for deployment. The role leads all migration activities across extraction, transformation, loading, and validation, working closely with ANZ Business and Technology stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant, and business‑ready data outcomes across all migration cycles.
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements
- Strong expertise in data migration concepts and delivery, including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
- Proven experience leading data migration workstreams for large‑scale system implementations, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and employee data, including data sensitivities, compliance, and quality requirements.
- Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and parallel delivery streams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data governance, quality assurance, and business sign‑off processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical migration outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and delivery leadership capabilities.
