Job Summary

  1. Platform Administration & Development: Configure and customize the RSA Archer platform to meet organizational workflows, including building On-Demand Applications (ODAs), custom fields, and data-driven events.
  2. User & Access Management: Create user profiles, manage role-based privileges, and implement access controls to safeguard sensitive corporate and risk data
  3. System Integrations: Utilize APIs to integrate Archer with external enterprise systems (such as HRMS, ERP, SIEM, and ticketing platforms) to automate data feeds.
  4. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain customized reports, metrics, and executive dashboards to track risk status, policy compliance, and audit plans
  5. Maintenance & Support: Perform version upgrades, patch management, system troubleshooting, and production support activities

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

  1. Experience: Typically 3 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting RSA Archer platforms.
  2. GRC Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), system integration techniques, and database concepts.
