Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Project Manager / PMO professional with experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs across domains.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving delivery excellence, building standardized project governance frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership stakeholders. This role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management, program governance, compliance, and process optimization in fast-paced, global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-program initiatives across global teams ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs; ensure execution within schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

PMO & Governance

  • Establish and implement standardized project tracking and reporting systems to enhance visibility across multiple projects/programs.
  • Drive governance frameworks including weekly/monthly reporting, dashboards, risk tracking, and executive updates.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of PMO best practices across teams to improve delivery efficiency.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

  • Collaborate with C-suite executives, Engineering Project Managers (EPMs), and cross-functional teams to communicate program status and insights.
  • Lead executive presentations, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across internal and external partners.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Project Management & PMO frameworks
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale program delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Experience working with:
    • Generative AI / AI-driven solutions
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems
  • Familiarity with:
    • Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
    • Reporting dashboards and data visualization tools

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
