Skill Requirements
Other Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Engineering & Platform Development
- Build and maintain the platform components that power agentic workflows, including orchestration engines, state managers, and tool‑use interfaces.
- Implement multi‑agent coordination patterns (planning, delegation, critique loops, memory persistence).
- Develop APIs, microservices, and backend systems that support high‑throughput agent execution.
- Integrate LLMs (open‑source and proprietary) with routing, fallback, and optimization strategies.
2. Agentic Workflow Implementation
- Translate business and product requirements into robust agentic workflows.
- Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, embedding strategies, and context‑routing logic.
- Build tool adapters, connectors, and MCP‑style interfaces that allow agents to interact with enterprise systems.
- Optimize workflows for latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.
3. Data Engineering & Context Systems
- Collaborate with data teams to design ingestion pipelines, feature stores, and real‑time context feeds for agents.
- Implement vector search, metadata schemas, and retrieval logic to support agent reasoning.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and observability across agentic workflows.
4. Reliability, Observability & Guardrails
- Build monitoring, logging, and tracing for agentic systems, including agent‑level telemetry.
- Implement safety guardrails, validation layers, and human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks for agent performance, autonomy, and error analysis.
5. Collaboration & Technical Leadership
- Work closely with the Engineering Lead, Business Analyst, and Product Manager to shape roadmap and execution.
- Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and cross‑POD technical forums.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement within the POD.
