Job Summary

"We are looking for an SAP Integration Consultant E2.2 with strong hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Integration/CPI. The consultant will design, develop, enhance, monitor, and support integration flows across SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise applications, while providing production support, troubleshooting, exception handling, and client-facing coordination for integration-related issues
Key Responsibilities
•    Monitor SAP Cloud Integration/CPI interfaces, message logs, alerts, and basic error queues.
•    Perform initial triage of integration failures and capture issue details for L2/L3 support teams.
•    Support incident tracking, status updates, and follow-up with functional, technical, and business teams.
•    Assist in validating integration flows after fixes, deployments, or scheduled changes.
•    Maintain basic support documentation, error logs, recurring issue notes, and operational checklists."
