Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Core UEFI BIOS code Firmware development. 
Strong knowledge on UEFI BIOS Framework and EDKII development kit 
Hands on in "C" / embedded SW/FW development Standard programming practice. and Debug  
Should have understanding on system level programming and debugging 
x86 architecture knowledge  
Experience 5 to 10 yrs. 
Should have good command on oral and email communications. 
Good to have understanding and worked on PC BIOS features development

Key Responsibilities

Highly-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible professional with a desire to bring new ideas and concepts to product development. 
Extensive Experience in C / C++. Python Programming knowledge is plus. 
Allocation of resources based on priority of project requirements 
Help PnL owner on managing PnL. 
Experience with 32-bit microcontroller and its peripherals programming and low power management 
Experience with GCC and IAR embedded development environments, 
Strong knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems, (OS, drivers, etc.) 
Software test planning and execution – use of test scripts, emulators, etc 
Knowledge of USB, serial, and computer interface protocols including I2C, SPI, and understanding of network communication theory, wireless network theory, and network communications protocols. 
Hands on experience of diagnostics or driver development to send and receive data on communication interfaces, debugging incase of issues 
Able to read and work with detailed hardware schematics, 
Knowledge of using electronic measurement devices such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers 
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and be comfortable with technical report writing 
A plus to have experience with embedded Linux.  

Skill Requirements

Leverage AI/ML models for:  
Failure pattern detection 
 Log analytics and anomaly detection 
 Predictive defect identification Build/use AI-assisted triage systems to accelerate debug cycles 
 Hands-on with:  
 Post-silicon validation, bring-up, and debug 
 Log analysis (BIOS, OS, firmware) 
 Experience in:  
AS features (MCE, AER, ECC) 
Virtualization validation
