Required Skills & Qualifications
- Oracle EBS Expertise: Minimum 7+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 (specifically AR, AP, GL, TM, and FA).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills are mandatory. Ability to query Oracle base tables, write update scripts for data fixes, and analyze workflow logs.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve complex data integrity issues and "stuck" transactions in a production environment.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex business requirements from Finance leads into technical specifications for developers.
- Cycle Awareness: Deep understanding of standard accounting principles and the technical dependencies of the month-end close process.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting global business units across NA, EMEA, and Asia.
- Familiarity with Oracle Trade Management (OZFM) claim settlement and split-claim logic.
- Experience with Manhattan WMS and Oracle EBS integration points.
- Prior experience in a "Support Lead" capacity for a multi-national organization.
Operating Requirements
- High-Availability: Must provide dedicated support during the first week of each month (Month-End Close) to resolve immediate system blockers.
