Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled CI/CD & Platform Engineer with strong experience in building scalable pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting complex deployment issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Terraform, AWS (including EKS and ECS), and automation scripting. Experience with Blue-Green Deployment using Jenkins is essential.  

Key Responsibilities: 

·       Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket. 

·       Implement and manage Blue-Green Deployment strategies using Jenkins, ensuring zero-downtime releases. 

·       Troubleshoot and resolve build failures, deployment issues, and pipeline bottlenecks across multiple environments. 

·       Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. 

·       Integrate static code analysis, security scanning, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. 

·       Work closely with developers to optimize code integration and deployment strategies. 

·       Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS, including EKS and ECS. 

·       Implement best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release management. 

·       Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the CI/CD process. 

·       Provide documentation and training to development teams on CI/CD tools and workflows. 

·       Monitor infrastructure and pipeline health using Kibana and CloudWatch. 

·       Write and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

·       years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles. 

·       Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS services, especially EKS and ECS. 

·       Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python. 

·       Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git-based workflows. 

·       Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Kibana and CloudWatch. 

·       Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices, security, and compliance. 

·       Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Before proceeding would like confirm few things 

1.      Are you willing to work in rotational shifts( including nights and weekend)

2.      Job location is Chennai or Nagpur 

3.      Exp in Terraform, Harness, AWS

4.      6:30 AM IST,1:30 PM IST,10:30 PM IST will have to work in all the 3 shifts in a rotational basis

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
