Job Summary

Job Title: Full Stack Developer –    Internal Multisite (WordPress, PHP, React)Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and collaborative Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of   ’s internal multisite platform, built on WordPress, with custom backend logic in PHP and dynamic frontend interfaces using React. This platform powers internal tools, dashboards, and content hubs used by    teams globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain custom WordPress multisite installations, themes, and plugins tailored to   ’s internal needs.Build and enhance frontend components using React, ensuring responsive and intuitive user experiences.Write clean, modular, and secure PHP code for backend logic, API integrations, and data processing.Collaborate with UX designers, content teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.Integrate third-party APIs and internal    services for data sharing, authentication, and analytics.Optimize performance, accessibility, and security across all internal sites.Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing and deployment processes.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and user-reported problems.Document architecture, workflows, and development standards.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.3+ years of experience in full stack development with WordPress, PHP, and React.Strong understanding of WordPress multisite architecture, custom post types, and plugin development.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and secure coding practices.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on internal enterprise platforms or intranet systems.Familiarity with   ’s digital ecosystem or media/entertainment platforms.Knowledge of headless CMS architecture and GraphQL.Experience with performance monitoring and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
