Blue Yonder WLM Support ConsultantExperience:4–8 YearsRole Overview:The consultant provides L2/L3 application support for Blue Yonder Warehouse Labor Management (WLM), ensuring system stability, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business/technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for BY WLM application (incident resolution, RCA).Monitor performance and identify issues proactively.Resolve functional/technical queries.Perform configuration changes, testing, validation.Maintain process/config/troubleshooting documentation.Ensure SLA adherence and compliance.Required Skills & Qualifications:4–8 years in BY WLM support & maintenance.Strong Warehouse Labor Management understanding + BY WMS integration.Hands-on experience with:ConfigurationTroubleshootingPerformance tuningSQL proficiency for data analysis & issue resolution.Knowledge of ServiceNow/Jira or similar tools.Strong communication/problem‑solving skills.Ability to work 24×7 if needed.
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
