Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Planning & Functional ResponsibilitiesLead Supply Planning process design—including technical design, build, testing, training, and documentation.Define IBP data requirements, test scenarios, and validation frameworks.Support business integration teams with FDs, FMDs, and TDs.Build and demonstrate conference room pilots (CRPs).Lead the technical configuration of the MEIO module, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Design inventory policies, service level targets, stock positioning strategies, and planning parameters.Configure multi‑echelon network structures, product hierarchies, constraints, and policy engines.Configure and tune optimization algorithms, solver parameters, and calculation logic.Ensure complete and accurate data flows by coordinating with data integration teams (APIs, pipelines).Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into system configurations.Interact directly with customers, make independent decisions, and drive design discussions.Lead and mentor a team of solution developers across design, build, and testing phases.Ensure implementation of best practices and high‑quality delivery.Report issues/bugs to o9 and track resolution to closure.Skills & Experience8–10 years of experience in supply chain management solutioning.Hands‑on experience with o9 Solutions (mandatory).At least one full lifecycle IBP implementation using o9.Strong experience in supply chain functions:S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order FulfillmentCapacity Planning, Inventory ManagementStrong understanding of multi‑echelon inventory optimization:Safety stock, service levels, demand variability, lead timesVery good understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL queries.Knowledge of optimization algorithms and constraint management.Integration knowledge: APIs, data pipelines, ETL concepts.Strong data manipulation skills (SQL, logical modeling).

  • Hands‑on experience with o9 Solutions (mandatory).
  • At least one full lifecycle IBP implementation using o9.
  • Strong experience in supply chain functions:
    • S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Fulfillment
    • Capacity Planning, Inventory Management
  • Strong understanding of multi‑echelon inventory optimization:
    • Safety stock, service levels, demand variability, lead times
  • Very good understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of optimization algorithms and constraint management.
  • Integration knowledge: APIs, data pipelines, ETL concepts.
  • Strong data manipulation skills (SQL, logical modeling).
