Job Summary

SAP BODS Data Consultant (Associate / Mid-Level) Enterprise S/4HANA Digital Transformation Program Position Title: Data Consultant (Associate / Mid-Level) Program: Enterprise Digital Transformation — S/4HANA Implementation Location: Hybrid / Remote Duration: 12–18 months (with extension based on rollout timeline) Reports To: Data Architect/Senior Data Architect  1. Role Context We are seeking a capable SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) Consultant with 3–7 years of experience to support a large-scale S/4HANA digital transformation program. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and execution of data migration and integration workstreams, ensuring high-quality data is available across source and target SAP environments. Working under the guidance of the Data Architect and collaborating with cross-functional program teams, this role supports the delivery of accurate, complete, and timely data migration aligned to go-live milestones. 2. Key Responsibilities Data Migration Design & Execution ▸    Develop SAP BODS data flows, workflows, and data stores for S/4HANA migration ▸    Execute ETL (extract, transform, load) processes from legacy systems ▸    Create and maintain reusable BODS objects and scripts ▸    Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT for migration objects Data Quality & Governance ▸    Profile and analyze source data to identify quality issues ▸    Define data cleansing rules with business stakeholders ▸    Build data quality dashboards and exception reports ▸    Apply governance standards throughout the migration lifecycle Integration & Technical Architecture ▸    Design data pipelines between S/4HANA and external systems ▸    Manage BODS environments (repositories, job servers, console) ▸    Integrate with SAP Information Steward for profiling and lineage ▸    Coordinate with technical/basis teams on landscape and performance Programme Collaboration ▸    Contribute to Agile delivery (sprint planning & reviews) ▸    Prepare technical specs, mapping, and migration documents ▸    Support architects in planning, testing, and knowledge transfer ▸    Align with functional teams (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP) on data migration 3.
