Job Summary

Salesforce Administrator (Mid-Level) to join our India-based Application Management Services team.
This role focuses on ensuring stable and scalable Salesforce operations, driving enhancements, supporting integration scenarios, and advising business stakeholders on best practices in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end business operations (L3 support) for Salesforce CRM processes
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents, problems, and service requests
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce data models, automation, and reporting solutions
  • Drive data quality initiatives and cross-system consistency
  • Support and engage Junior Salesforce Admins
  • Support testing activities (UAT, regression, releases)
  • Advise business stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and solution design
  • Contribute to release management, upgrades, and roadmap activities
  • Participate in AMS and project initiatives using agile and classical methodologies
  • Assist in integrations with external systems and APIs
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO) setup and troubleshooting
  • Work with Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD / Okta
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security compliance
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams on access control and security policies [admin.salesforce.com]

Skill Requirements

  • >5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments 
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Proven experience with complex configuration and automation (Flows, validation logic, reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with integration scenarios (e.g., SAP, middleware, APIs)
  • Solid understanding of data models, security concepts, and governance
  • Experience working in global AMS or project environments
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of authentication mechanisms (SSO, OAuth, SAML)
  • Experience with Identity Providers (IdP) (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
  • Basic network knowledge (DNS, HTTP, APIs)
  • Awareness of IT security concepts (access control, MFA, encryption)

  • Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Powershell Script Language
  • Knowledge SOQL ( full ) and of Apex (basic level)
  • Mobile Device Management, Smartphone Applications, Salesforce Mobile App
