Data Migration Specialist
· Assist in ALVIS Documentation process: Prepare Data Migration Plan, Test scripts, support in UAT and PQ, preparation of Data Migration Report.
· Work alongside the project team and stakeholders in understanding the expectations and ensuring achievement of successful Data Migration.
· Test out dry runs and supporting in Proof-of-Concept (POC) as directed by the System Owner/Business Owner to demonstrate different case scenarios ensuring Data integrity in every step along the process alongside LV team.
· Ensure availability during Eastern Time (ET) zone hours, with flexibility to extend hours for workshops or critical project phases.
· Potentially participate in workshops if required, provide additional support to the project team.
· Communicate progress and deliverables status to the PM and as needed to the required stakeholders.
· Offer overall support for the project, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
