2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Quality Analyst – Job Description
The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and overall quality of digital assets and system enhancements. This role focuses on authoring, maintaining, and executing test scripts to validate business requirements and identify defects prior to release. The Quality Analyst works as a member of the Promomats (PCM) Product Team to support high-quality deliverables.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop clear, comprehensive test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
- Execute manual test cases and document results with precision and consistency.
- Track, validate, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the PCM Product Team and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve testing coverage.
- Support QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes.
Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on experience authoring and executing test scripts for digital or web‑based systems.
- Strong understanding of Veeva CRM/Vault platforms. Specific knowledge of Veeva PromoMats, including asset lifecycle, annotations, and review workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, defect tracking tools, and documentation standards.

Overview
The Veeva PromoMats Operations Support role is responsible for day‑to‑day system administration and operational stewardship of the PromoMats platform. This role ensures users have the correct access, content moves smoothly through required workflows, and product- and metadata-related configurations remain accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- User Provisioning & Access Management
Create and manage user accounts, assign appropriate roles and permissions, and ensure compliance with access governance standards. - User Role Assignment
Maintain role mappings, adjust permissions as needed, and support business partners with role‑based access questions. - Product List Maintenance
Manage product catalog updates, including adding new products, maintaining product attributes, and ensuring accurate availability for document association. - Document Lifecycle Support
Perform status updates, manage lifecycle transitions (e.g., draft, review, approved, expired), and support teams with submission or workflow issues. - Metadata Updates
Execute minor metadata corrections or enhancements to ensure accurate tagging, searchability, and reporting quality. - Operational Support
Work with the Promomats product team to troubleshoot basic user issues, assist with system inquiries, and escalate to technical teams as necessary.
