Job Summary

We need a resource for EMEA Pricing and Promotion Initiative.  Could you please check on resources in India or Europe(UK) and send us the rates for each and the profiles/CV. The person needs to have an Overlap with EMEA team and the US team.

 

Experience: 5-10 years

Type of Resource: Functional/Techno Functional

 

Primary Skills

  • Very Good Communication skills as this will entail talking to Business team based out of Europe.
  • The primary skill needed is to understand the current business process around Pricing and Promotion.
  • Functional Experience on Quoting Process/Gross Profit Calculation.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Oracle Advanced Pricing Module.
  • Solution Design Experience on design of Custom Process/Quoting/Pricing/Order Management.
  • Ability to work with the Development team and explain the requirements.
  • Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing, Prepare Test Scenarios, and coordinate with Business team.
  • Ability to do User Training and creation of SOP.
  • Experience around Data Analysis using SQL queries, Power BI, OBIEE tools.
  • Functional Design Experience on a Workflow Process for Approval/AME.
  • Experience in Order Management Module.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in CPQ Module of Oracle
  • Experience in any CRM platform like Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
