To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor system health and availability using tools such as Dynatrace, AVS and internal dashboards
Respond to and resolve alerts related to service availability, infrastructure failures, backups, certificate expirations and analytics issues
Troubleshoot runtime and design-time issues across cloud services and platforms
Handle live incident calls and outage bridges
Identify root causes, work on recovery actions and perform post-incident documentation
Provide support for customer incidents and service requests.
Provide support for onboarding, configuration and operational issues.
Assist with internal and external stakeholder communication during incidents or planned maintenance.
Support automated and manual tenant provisioning processes.
Handle onboarding failures, domain configurations, SSL setup and decommissioning activities.
Participate in planning and coordination of platform and application changes.
Support deployments, patches and hotfixes across Cloud Foundry and Neo environments.
Perform regular landscape maintenance including upgrade, service restarts, certificate renewals
Address compliance issues reported by scanning tools (e.g., Tenable, Orca).
Support OS patch updates and other infrastructure compliance needs.
Required Skills:
5+ yrs of experience in cloud platform operations or system support
Good working knowledge of Linux (system navigation, log analysis, basic shell commands)
Basic understanding of SSL certificates, domain configurations and encryption concepts
Familiarity with cloud computing fundamentals, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AVS, etc.)
Understanding of incident and problem management (ITIL concepts preferred)
Strong communication skills for customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) or similar enterprise cloud platforms
Exposure to API Management, integration platforms or cloud middleware
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
Certifications in Linux, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/ALI) or SAP BTP
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
