Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead design, development, and optimization of AI/ML models for industrial inspection use cases.
• Build and fine‑tune deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Drive projects involving Generative AI, Agentic AI platforms, and advanced model engineering.
• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and vector database integrations for intelligent retrieval systems.
• Architect cloud‑native AI solutions on AWS/Azure.
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy ML algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Decision Trees, XGBoost, etc.
• Build robust Python-based pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, AI model lifecycle, GenAI and LLM in Industrial Inspection areas.
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in Python and ML algorithms.
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).
• Cloud proficiency in AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
