Job Summary

Role Summary
Leads advanced development and customization of Marketing Cloud solutions on Next (On-Core) architecture, enabling real-time, AI-driven, multi-channel engagement. 
Key Responsibilities

Develop complex journeys, automations, and triggered communications
Implement real-time activation using Data Cloud segments and events
Build dynamic personalization (AMPscript, SSJS, Einstein/Next Best Action integration)
Configure advanced data models (Contact Builder + Data Cloud unified profiles)
Develop content templates and modular reusable frameworks
Implement API-based integrations (REST/SOAP, Event APIs)
Optimize automation performance, query tuning, and execution efficiency
Support debugging, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
Collaborate with architects on Next architecture adoption & best practices
