Job Summary

As a Product Owner, you will drive the product vision, roadmap, and value delivery. You will ensure strong alignment between business goals and platform outcomes, owning the product backlog and enabling outcome-focused delivery in line with  Agile ways of working and FAIR+ data mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and  objectives.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise customer and business value.
• Collect, analyse, and refine business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure outcome-focused delivery by defining success metrics, OKRs, and value-based goals.
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and DevSecOps teams during all Agile ceremonies.
• Support governance-by-design, compliance, and documentation standards aligned with Ingka engineering practices.
• Maintain product and decision documentation in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong skills in product visioning, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to drive outcome-based delivery rather than output-based execution.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data platforms, or digital products.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
