Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

  1. 7+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.
  2. Strong proficiency in Swift programming language
  3. Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and Clean architecture
  4. Strong understanding of combine framework
  5. Strong iOS Lifecycle understanding, Networking (URLSession / Alamofire) , Persistence (CoreData / Realm) , Concurrency (GCD, async/await) , App profiling (Instruments: Leaks, Time Profiler, Allocations)
  6. Proficiency in app profiling including memory leak detection, CPU utilization, and performance diagnostics
  7. Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques including startup optimization (Baseline Profiles) and UI rendering performance Experience in optimizing custom views and improving app responsiveness Solid experience in unit testing and UI testing 
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong object-oriented design and development practices 
  9. Experience working with scalable, high-performance mobile applications
  10. Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments is an added advantage
  11. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will design and develop high-quality iOS applications using Swift as part of a fast-paced, high-performing engineering team.
  2. Build intuitive and scalable user interfaces leveraging modern UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose.
  3. Apply architectural best practices including MVVM and Clean Architecture to create maintainable and testable codebases.
  4. Work closely with Product Owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  5. Take ownership of performance optimization, ensuring applications are efficient, scalable, and responsive.
  6. Perform app profiling and diagnostics (memory, CPU, and performance) to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  7. Actively participate in the full development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.
  8. Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities.
  9. Focus on delivering clean, high-quality code aligned with strong engineering standards and design principles.
  10. Collaborate in a dynamic, agile environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
