Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing the technical architecture and data exchange ("handshake") between the VMS platform and Ford’s core enterprise systems, specifically SAP S/4 HANA (ERP) and Oracle HCM· Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements· Assess the requirements of the service for integration method, deployment strategy, etc.· Collaborate with cross functional teams like product owners, designers, architects etc.· Familiar with programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery· Support security practices to safeguard user data including encryption and anonymization.· Develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages· Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver their solutions, and are monitoring and participating in solutions for new stack layers, often involving industry collaboration
