Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Strong understanding of Release Management, Change Management, and Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong knowledge of release governance artifacts, deployment planning, rollback planning, and validation processes.

Ability to manage dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and tight timelines.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level updates.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, XLR/XL Release, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, or similar deployment/change tools.

Familiarity with production support, incident management, environment management, and audit/compliance expectations.

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation practices.

ITIL / Change Management certification is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of release governance artifacts, deployment planning, rollback planning, and validation processes.
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and tight timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level updates.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, XLR/XL Release, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, or similar deployment/change tools.
  • Familiarity with production support, incident management, environment management, and audit/compliance expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, Program Delivery, or IT Operations.
  • Experience in regulated or highly governed enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation practices.
  • ITIL / Change Management certification is a plus.
