Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • System Configuration: Configure and maintain JDE E1 Contract Billing, Service Billing, and Advanced Contract Billing modules.
  • Business Mapping: Translate complex contractual agreements, billing limits, minimum bill amounts, and markup rules into system configurations.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless data flow from cross-functional modules including Job Costing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Revenue Recognition: Set up and manage independent revenue and invoice amounts based on performance liability accounts and milestones.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Investigate system errors, perform root-cause analysis on billing discrepancies, and provide day-to-day support
  • Documentation: Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for custom reports, interfaces, and system enhancements.
  • User Enablement: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver end-user training for the billing and contract modules.

Skill Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6–9 years of functional implementation and support experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (versions 9.1 or 9.2 preferred).
  • Module Knowledge: Deep expertise in JDE Contract Billing, Service Billing, Job Costing, and the Customer Service Management System (CSMS) / Warranty module.
  • Core Finance: Strong understanding of JDE Financials (GL, AR, AP) to trace and validate financial entries originating from billing modules.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-team communication abilities.

Shift: 2 PM to 11:30 PM IST
