Job Description – Technical SME (Fusion Summit)

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Fusion Summit development and support
  • Proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory
  • Experience working with Korean banking clients or similar environments
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Summit APIs, interfaces, and reports using C/C++, Unix scripting, XML parsing, and metadata customization.
  • Integrate Summit with upstream and downstream systems using Summit’s open connectivity tools.
  • Support SDLC processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Autosys job scheduling, and release management.
  • Perform system upgrades and migrations for Fusion Summit FT v6 and above.(v2026.2)
  • Work across Unix and Windows environments, executing scripts and managing configurations.
  • Provide support for Finastra Summit extensions and enhancements.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve code-level defects using the above skill sets.
  • Hands-on experience with databases and SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting and batch scripting.
  • Experience working across multiple Summit environments (Development, Staging, Testing, Production) and managing source code bases.
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS, including SQL tuning and XML-based messaging.

 

Domain Knowledge & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of Fixed Income and Derivatives products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid technical foundation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
