Job Summary
Key Accountabilities
Platform Configuration & Development
• Build and maintain custom workflows
• Design and configure forms, templates, and portals
• Develop automation and rules to support talent processes
Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Design
• Translate business requirements from HR teams into Avature solutions
• Partner with HR Technology architects and product owners to define design patterns and best practice
• Provide subject matter expertise on Avature capabilities and constraints
Technical Support & Continuous Improvement
• Recommend enhancements to improve user experience
• Provide L3 support for the Avature platform
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and the vendor
Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements
• Maintain appropriate access controls

• Strong hands-on experience with Avature configuration and development
• Experience designing workflows, forms, templates, and automation within Avature
• Understanding of HR technology ecosystems, particularly integration with platforms such as Workday
Functional Expertise
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR processes, including:
o Talent pooling and CRM engagement
o Early careers and graduate programme management
o Internal mobility / redeployment workflows
Soft Skills
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, technology, and vendors
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with focus on data quality and control
