Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Time Management:

  • Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM.
  • Should have 6+ years of experience in Positive and negative time management.
  • Expertise knowledge in Creation and maintenance of PCRs and schemas to cater business and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge in Cross application timesheets (CATS)
  • Design and implementation experience in integrating SAP HCM with Third party systems.
  • Hands on experience in Absence/Attendance configuration, overtime and holiday pay configurations.
  • Knowledge in Leave workflow related configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in configuring ESS applications like Leave request application, Available time off, Enter time etc.
  • Understanding of processes around Media Industry and the Time management tools within the Industry.
  • Should have good understanding and configuration experience in of SAP US/UK Payroll as well.
