Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in supporting the SAP HR and Payroll module (on-premises).
- In-depth expertise in managing multiple country Payroll processes (Australian payroll a must).
- Advanced proficiency in handling SAP schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).
- Strong experience with both positive and negative time management within the Time Management module.
- Strong knowledge of integration and interfaces.
- Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HR Payroll with other relevant modules.
- Expertise in developing and executing test plans for SAP HR Payroll implementations and system upgrades.
- Provide ongoing support for users, addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SAP HR Payroll configurations and processes.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Skill Requirements
Must have skills:
- Hands-on experience in Payroll support projects (including Schema/ PCR).
- Strong knowledge of Change Management principles and ITIL processes.
- Minimum 7 years of SAP Payroll experience
Good to have skills:
- Understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred
- Basic/ advanced debugging skills, interfaces, integrations skills
