Job Summary

"We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance (R2R) Consultant with strong expertise in the Record-to-Report (R2R) business process to join our SAP Technology Consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Solutioning
•  Partner with finance stakeholders and SMEs to understand accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis for R2R processes.
• Design SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with business needs, SAP best practices, and Clean Core principles.
Configure SAP Finance functionalities including: 
•    General Ledger (GL) – Universal Journal
•    Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
•    Asset Accounting (AA)
•    Bank Accounting & Cash Management
•    Intercompany Accounting
•    Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
•    Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
•    Product Costing & COPA (Margin Analysis)
•    Financial Closing & Period-End Activities
•    ECCS / Consolidation (preferred)

Support integration design across SAP modules including: 
•    SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)
•    SAP MM (Procure to Pay)
•    SAP SD (Order to Cash)
•    SAP PP (Manufacturing accounting)
•    SAP Treasury, Cash Management
•    SAP Ariba / Concur (where applicable)
Delivery & Execution
•  Translate business requirements into SAP-configurable and extensible solutions.
•  Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
•  Collaborate with ABAP, integration, and data migration teams.
•  Support data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
•  Execute and support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution cycles.
•  Provide hyper care support during deployment.
