Job Summary
Job Roles & Responsibility:
- The SAP PO & CPI Support engineer (Specialist of the week) will handle incidents, service requests and problems related to SAP PO (including BPM and JPR) and SAP CPI assigned to the integration team.
- The specialist will be working in a multi-tier architecture (Dev, Test, Acceptance and Production environments)
- SLA (estimated) response time during business days:
- Major incident: 1 hour
- High priority incidents: 2 hours
- Medium incidents: 24 hours
- Low priority incidents: 48 hours
- During releases (4 times per year in the weekends) specialists are involved in bringing resolutions to PO incidents to production and support in general on the release as addition to the development team.
Essential qualifications
SAP PO & CPI
- Minimum 4-5 years of SAP PO along with 2 years of CPI experience
- Strong troubleshooting experience across PO & BPM scenarios.
- Should have experience working with adapters - (MQ, SOAP, AXIS, REST, EMAIL, FILE), Graphical & Java mappings, working with NWDS.
- Should have knowledge in CPI based custom Iflows, CPI pallet functions, troubleshooting using Trace & Debug features.
Other skills and abilities
- Advantage if you understand custom adapter module, JPR and KAFKA features.
- CTS based transport management of objects using SOLMAN.
- Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
- Proactive, adaptive to work with different culture and strong willingness to learn.
