Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to design intuitive, user‑centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will specialize in high‑fidelity UI design, interactive prototypes, and design systems, working closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI designs, and clickable prototypes using Figma
• Create pixel‑perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and usability best practices
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations, and iterate designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate design implementation
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and cross‑platform compatibility standards
• Support developers during implementation to maintain design integrity

Skill Requirements

• 7–10+ years (Senior) of professional UI/UX design experience
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including:
• Hi‑fidelity UI design
• Interactive & clickable prototypes
• Auto‑layout, components, variants, and design libraries
• Strong understanding of:
• User‑Centered Design (UCD)
• Mobile‑first & responsive design
• UX best practices and usability principles
• Experience designing complex enterprise or consumer‑facing applications
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders

Good to Have

• Experience with FigJam, Miro, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (to collaborate effectively with developers)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Domain experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services (preferred for enterprise programs)
