Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce data analysis, reporting, data governance, and CRM analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage Salesforce platforms, data visualization tools, and analytical techniques to provide actionable business insights, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce data models, reporting, dashboards, data migration, and stakeholder collaboration across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze Salesforce data to identify business trends, customer insights, and operational opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
- Monitor sales, service, marketing, and customer engagement metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support executive and operational reporting requirements.
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across Salesforce platforms.
- Perform regular data audits, data cleansing, duplicate management, and validation activities.
- Define and maintain data governance standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues impacting business operations.
- Support compliance and data security requirements.
Salesforce Data Management
- Manage data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and migration activities.
- Perform data imports, exports, and mass updates using Data Loader, Workbench, and related tools.
- Support integration data validation between Salesforce and external applications.
- Maintain Salesforce data structures, objects, fields, and relationships.
Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Conduct customer, sales, service, and marketing analytics.
- Develop data models and analytical frameworks to support business initiatives.
- Create visualizations and insights using Power BI, Tableau, CRM Analytics, or equivalent tools.
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Support strategic planning through predictive and descriptive analytics.
Stakeholder Management
- Gather reporting and analytics requirements from business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical data and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Salesforce Administrators.
- Present findings, recommendations, and insights to leadership teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data processes.
- Recommend automation solutions to streamline reporting and analytics activities.
- Support CRM optimization initiatives and Salesforce enhancements.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Data Management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and CRM business processes.
- Experience developing enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams in Agile environments.
