Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable backend services and automation platforms
  • Build cloud‑native microservices using modern frameworks and design patterns
  • Develop and expose REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Develop platform tooling, packaging, and release frameworks
  • Collaborate with UI, DevOps, and architecture teams for system integration
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across distributed environments
  • Support production deployments and operational troubleshooting

Skill Requirements

Backend Development: Node.js, Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices
Scripting & Automation: Python
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
API & Integration: REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, API Integration
DB: MySQL, MongoDB
Messaging & Streaming: Kafka (Exposure to Kafka-based event streaming, database selection, clustering, and analytics)
Data Formats & Serialization: JSON, XML
Opensource SDN controller: Like OpenDaylight (ODL), ONOS (Open Network Operating System), Ryu, Floodlight
Protocols: NETCONF, RESTCONF, BGP, PCEP, OVSDB, SNMP
Model-Driven Architecture: YANG data models and the Model-Driven Service Abstraction Layer (MD-SAL)
Monitoring tools: Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
AI: well versed with Claude  code and quickly generate the code as per the design specifications given by the  leads
DevOps & Tools
•    Linux shell scripting (bash, etc.)
•    Git version control
•    Markdown (.md) documentation


Secondary Skills :
•    Proficiency in Claude Code, API integration, and MCP server integration
•    Groovy, Golang
Automation & Packaging
•    Shell scripting
•    Kubectl, Helm
•    CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
Cloud & Orchestration

Frontend / Full Stack
