Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities 

 

•Takes a lead role in pro-active search for areas of process improvement and ensures connectivity to customers in the business in this respect. 

 

•Interacts with Business, Service Delivery and Service Providers in decision-making processes regarding new solutions. 

 

•Responsible to enforce and improve the best practices in the Retail Warehouse management applied to all logistic needs. 

 

•Pro-active involvement in Technology growth and improvement in processes and service delivery.             

 

Desired Skills & Experience

 

• Around 10 years of IT experience with experience in architecting complex solutions for JDA/BY TMS products

 

• Understanding of various third-party integration methodologies supported by JDA/BY TMS

 

• Excellent understanding of ITSM Support work

 

• Well versed with JDA/BY TMS model and solution architecture

 

• Mandatory Experience JDA/BY TMS
