Job Summary

Gen AI Role – Requirement Details
2.1 Mandatory Skills
•    Strong AIML foundational knowledge
•    Expertise in:
o    Transformer models & self-attention mechanisms 
•    Hands-on experience with:
o    Multi-agent system design
o    Agent orchestration and handover mechanisms
o    Memory handling in agent-based systems 
2.2 Tools & Frameworks
•    LangChain
•    LangGraph
•    Agentic AI / Multi Agent Orchestration
•    MCP servers (deployment experience) (At least a year)
•    Observability tools for Gen AI systems
2.3 Experience Requirement
•    ~6–7+ years (flexible for strong candidates) 
2.4 Key Expectation
•    Gen AI experience is mandatory
•    Candidate should demonstrate practical implementation experience
