Key Responsibilities
Detailed ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes technical excellence and continuous learning.Provide deep technical guidance in the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI models and AI agents for real-world applications.Conduct comprehensive code reviews, set and enforce coding standards, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions.Optimize AI system performance for efficiency, scalability, and reliability, applying best practices in software engineering and AI development.Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery, in a fast-paced environment.Participate as a technical consultant in feasibility studies, offering expertise on technical alternatives, risk assessment, architecture best practices, and project estimations.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; regularly prepare and present status reports to ensure transparency and timely resolution of project escalations.Ensure strict process compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows and methodologies.Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and related technologies, proactively integrating innovative approaches into project delivery.Apply industry best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance to develop scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions.Maintain and deploy production-grade AI solutions, ensuring their robustness and operational stability.Stay updated with advancements in MLOps, AI lifecycle management, and cloud deployment practices, integrating these into project workflows.Proactively pursue continuous learning and innovation by staying informed about Generative AI developments and incorporating new techniques and tools into projects.
Skill Requirements
Skill RequirementsMust-Have Technical Skills:Deep expertise in Generative AI and AI agent development, with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying models for real-world applications.Proven ability to lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.Strong programming proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions, including deployment, maintenance, and performance optimization.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or related domains.Experience in team leadership and mentoring, with the ability to upskill team members and foster technical excellence.Other Requirements (Optional)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing AI solutions.Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for AI, and AI lifecycle management tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Relevant industry certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies are a plus.
