Job Summary

AI Resource Key Responsibilities: 
• AI-Ops/AI Strategy & Roadmap: Govern the AIOps/AI roadmap, ensure 
alignment with business priorities and use case value as well as proper 
and timely execution for all OpCos as per the committed timeframe. 
• AIOps & Autonomous Network Transformation Leadership: Lead, 
coordinate, govern, and drive multiple managed service suppliers, 
technology partners, and MTN OPCOs in the implementation of AIOps 
capabilities and the achievement of TM-Forum Autonomous Network 
Level 4 (ANL4) maturity across designated group footprint. AI resource 
will act as the central transformation lead responsible for strategy 
execution, supplier alignment, governance, performance management, 
and realization of automation, operational efficiency, and autonomous 
network objectives. 
• Value & Financial Assurance: Standardize and validate value realization 
(cost savings, efficiency, revenue generation, and customer experience), 
ensuring supplier-reported benefits are accurate. 
• Supplier Governance: Enforce AI-related KPIs, KBIs, KEIs, SLAs, and 
accountability for delivery, performance, and evolution of AI capabilities 
across all OpCos. Facilitate collaboration between OEMs, managed 
service partners, platform vendors, group, and OPCO stakeholders to 
timely resolve cross-supplier and cross domain dependencies, conflicts, 
and delivery bottlenecks. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews 
and transformation governance sessions. 
• Standardization & Scalability: Ensure that AI use cases, data models, and 
implementation approaches are aligned and consistent across all OpCos, 
enabling successful solutions to be easily reused and quickly deployed 
across multiple markets without the need to redesign or rebuild them. 

• Data & Architecture Governance: Ensure data quality, availability, and 
proper integration with OSS aligned to target MTN architecture. 
• Risk & Compliance: Manage AI risks (bias, explainability, security, privacy) 
and ensure regulatory compliance 

Key Responsibilities

Skills required: 
• Programming & Data Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data 
engineering, with experience in data extraction, transformation, and 
analysis.  
• Visualization & Reporting: Strong capability in building dashboards and 
automated reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI).  
• Integration & Automation: Experience with API integration and developing 
automation workflows.  
• AI/ML Expertise: Solid understanding of the AI/ML Ops lifecycle, including 
deployment, monitoring, and optimization, with exposure to Agentic AI 
frameworks.  
• Explainable AI (XAI): Knowledge of model interpretability techniques such 
as SHAP and LIME.  
• Telecom Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with telecom systems, 
technologies, OSS, data environments, and system integration. 
• TM-Forum Autonomous Networks (AN): Expert knowledge of TM-Forum 
Autonomous Networks framework, standards and best practices. Drive 
the AI use case implementation across OPCOs to ensure autonomous 
networks maturity in-line with MTN ANL4 strategy. Manage, govern and 
drive the AN level maturity assessment following TM-Forum Autonomous 
Networks Level Evaluation Tools (ANLET) and the Autonomous Networks 
Operations Measurement (AOMM). Knowledgeable in driving close-loop 

Intent Driven AN through strong collaboration with multiple domains, 
OEMs, and suppliers. 
• Strong Agility: Demonstrates the ability to adapt quickly to changing 
business priorities, operational challenges, and evolving environments 
while maintaining focus on delivering results. Embraces change, responds 
effectively to new information, and proactively adjusts plans and 
approaches to meet organizational objectives. 

Skill Requirements

Skills required:
