Job Summary
We are looking for a Security Incident Response specialist to support the Service Cloud platform. The role involves managing and driving end to end security incident response, including triaging scan results, prioritizing vulnerabilities, and coordinating remediation actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive security incident response for the Service Cloud platform
- Triage and prioritize results from internal security scans
- Plan and coordinate security patches and hotfixes
- Support penetration testing efforts — coordinate with external vendors and internal security teams
- Provide security architecture guidance to ensure platform changes maintain compliance
- Work closely with lululemon's internal security teams on:
- Scanning triage and prioritization
- Exploit assessment and remediation planning
- Incident documentation and post-incident review
